Rooms / Amenities

Two story house. It has a good sized kitchen/dinning, living/bedroom on both 1F and 2F. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking amenities. The living rooms have a traditional Tatami floor with exposed wood sealing and a traditional Kotatsu heater in the winter.

The house is equipped with a rapid wifi, blue tooth speakers and 3 tvs (One of them is a smart TV on which guests can enjoy Netflix, Amazon prime and Disney+).

BBQ – Guests can also have a barbeque in the garden. The garden is very small so it can fit up to 2 – 3 people as much. We provide a BBQ grill, coal, chimney fire starter (also starter cubes).

Location

The house is located in Nogita area in Itoshima which is one of the most famous sightseeing spots of the city. The area is well mixed with traditional fisherman’s village and trendy surfer’s vibe. The area is filled with trendy cafes, pottery studios and surf shops by sea and mountains. It is in the middle of Itoshima’s coastline and you have an easy access to any areas. The famous Futamigaura is 10 min drive, the Keya beach is also 10 min drive. And of course the nearest Nogita beach is 500m away!

Get around the area

Traveling by car is ideal since there is not much public tranport however guests can go round on the bikes we provide. The sun set road where the house is located is one of the most popular cycling routes in Itoshima. Going on a bike along the coast listening to the beautiful beach sound with fresh ocean breeze simply can not be replaced by anything. For those who wish to travel on bikes the nearset supermarket is 5km (20min bike ride) away so you could buy some groceries before you leave Fukuoka city.
